Troubleshooting: Aluratek frame not connecting to WiFi
If your Aluratek frame is not connecting to WiFi, the solution we always recommend is re-starting your wireless router to “reset” the setup and give the frame a fresh opportunity to connect. If this doesn’t work, or you are still experiencing issues, feel free to contact our customer service team by calling us at 1-866-580-1978 Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM PST, or visit our Support page to fill out a Request form.
Troubleshooting: Aluratek frame not receiving pictures
If your Aluratek frame is not receiving pictures, it may be because the WiFi connection is not firmly established. Or, you may be receiving a “File Not Found” decode error. In the case of the latter, this is likely caused by compression and/or image sizing issues. Reducing the sizes of the images will help them meet transfer requirements. To reduce file size, follow the steps listed in this Support article.
