Receive free shipping on all orders over $50 shipping within the U.S. Ground shipping may take between 3-5 days depending on shipping address. Aluratek cannot guarantee items shipped by ground will arrive on time during peak shopping seasons.

30-Day No Hassle Return (for purchases on Aluratek.com)

We want you to love the product you purchased on Aluratek.com. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day no hassle return period where you may return your product for any reason for a full refund. Item must be purchased from Aluratek.com. We will refund the price you paid for the product (you will need to cover the shipping). There’s no need to let us know why you’re returning something unless you would like to give us feedback. If you would like an exchange, we have you covered there too!

Products received at no cost as a result of a product review or promotion may not be returned for refund.

RMA Product Returns

Once you received the RMA number issued by Aluratek, you will need to send the item back for repair/replacement. You are responsible for the shipping charge to send the item back to Aluratek.

What You’ll Need

Original proof of purchase that shows the purchase date, product description and price.
Original product packaging or equivalent protection.
RMA number issued by Aluratek. Your return/exchange cannot be processed without this.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

In the email, please include your original proof of purchase, model number and the issue that you are having with our product. Please contact us using one of these three methods first before sending your product in as we may not be able to process your return without these details and your return may be refused.
