Is there a limit to the length of video it will play? Other brands seem to limit to 15 or 30 seconds.

We recommend short video clips. These frames are not meant to replace an iPad or computer. We also recommend converting videos to .avi or .mp4 format.

How many photos can I play on this unit max?

This unit comes with 4GB of internal memory. You will want to save some of that space for the Frame OS to operate, just like with a computer, but it should handle 500+ photos providing they are not too large. We recommend scaling photos to 1600x1200 resolution for this frame. You can also play photos directly from the USB or SD memory card slots. Make sure your memory cards are 32GB or smaller.

Is the aspect ratio 16:9? Is there a stop/start motion sensor? Is there a USB port?

Memory: Built-in 4 GB / SD, SDHC, SDXC memory cards up to 32 GB (SD card not included), Connectivity: USB 2.0, SD/SDHC/SDXC Card, Resolution: 1366 x 768 (16:9 aspect ratio), but this unit does not have a motion sensor. There is a USB port.

I lost my charger how can I reorder one?

Any 5 volt power adapter with the correct barrel plug will work. But you can contact us at support@aluratek.com and be sure to include the model number in your email. We can send you the form you need to fill out to purchase a new power adapter.
