Works well and has decent

"Works well and has decent audio quality."

— cody b. (4/5)

I can listen to my playlists now!

"My car's older, I don't even have a 3. 5 aux port, but I do have a car lighter and I got an adapter for it that has the 3. 5 auxilary-input, and plugged this in to that. Wow. I hated driving in my car since I was relatively locked into listening to the radio, but now I can stream my phone to this device and listen to my playlists."

— KShill (5/5)

It really helped!

"I was shocked that it worked so easily. My phone connected to it right away and within a minute I was playing my playlist. Great idea!"

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Which Bluetooth version does this Aluratek cassette receiver use?

This device uses Bluetooth v4.0 technology but is backwards compatible with Bluetooth v3.0 and v2.1 devices.

I can't quite deduce what this device is for and what it does? Can someone explain?

If you have an older stereo with a cassette player you can make it Bluetooth capable using this device. You would then be able to stream music from your smartphone to your older non-Bluetooth stereo.

Can use hands free to call or answer with right phones?

Music only. There is no microphone and doesn’t work for a call.

I have an old Compact Cassette Recorder made by GE (Model 3-5300). would this Aluratek work to record and then play back things or even just play things on this recorder?

No. This device will just enable you to use Bluetooth through the cassette player. You cannot record on this device.

QuestionI have a Lexus 2002 E300 car, it needs a cassette with an adapter to play songs from your phone. Will this work on the car since it’s blue tooth?

Yes, it will.
