Celebrating 20 Years in Pictures - a Look Back to the Beginning, 2006 - 2010

In 2026, Aluratek proudly celebrates our 20th anniversary—that's two decades of delivering innovative connectivity solutions to millions of customers worldwide. Wow!

As nostalgia sets in thinking about the last 20 years (and how fast the time has flown) I can't help but want to share with you a look back to our humble beginnings. It all started in 2006 when our team of four shared a sub-leased office in Irvine - through 2010, where we launched some pretty interesting products categories and experienced (thankfully) some growing pains - namely not enough warehouse space.

Those first few years were filled with a lot of excitement and trepidation as we looked to build a company and gain some traction with the digital photo frame category while weathering the mortgage crisis and subsequent recession. Core memories from this time period were the late nights unloading shipping containers, applying shipping labels to digital tv antenna boxes and playing basketball between the warehouse and the strawberry fields.
