"We bought two 15-inch ones recently. WE LOVE THEM but wish you would add a VESA mount option in the back plastic molding. Just four nuts added on back would make them perfect for us. Keep the USB port. We do not use the online cloud. Direct access from desktop would also be a big plus. Also be more transparent in adverting about the memory. We really not getting 32GB because of OS firmware. ---Will--- Electronics Eng. Phoenix AZ USA"
"I have purchased several of your digital frames and this model I am most satisfied with. I do have one concern. The USB port is located too close to the bottom edge of the frame, it does not allow enough room for some flash drives. example: SanDisk Ultra 3. 0 are too long when then frame rests on it's bottom edge. I do digital scrapbooks for family members and using less quality flash drives is not acceptable."

"The frame wosks very well. However, the previous model automatically adjusted photos to fit and this one does not. If you hang it on a wall, the power button is not accessible, and while it hasnt fallen over yet, the kickstand makes me nervous. Its not as solid as the previous model. All in all, still a great product."

"I like this frame option much better than others I have seen. Accepts larger files than most, has expandable storage, does not require paying for a service to access the features. Only thing that may be lacking would be fit and finish quality. Mobile app works good, sending via email works good. No complaints."
"I bought this for my handicapped daughter for Xmas. So far it has worked just like it’s supposed to. I found the set up to be quite easy but it did take a little time. The only issues I had during set up was because I hadn’t read the directions completely because I was in a hurry. If you follow the step by step guide ( written and with pictures) it should go smoothly. I haven’t had any problems adding pictures from my phone. I love the large size it makes it easy for her to see the pictures from across her room. I would definitely recommend this product."
