Is this frame mountable?

Yes, you have the option to mount as portrait or landscape.

Can you create separate albums to be played. (i.e. Christmas Album)?

Yes, it can create new folders and then you can select photos from the Internal Memory to copy to the folder. If you need help or directions just write us at support@aluratek.com.

Is there sound on the video playback?

Yes, there is a sound feature for video playback, and a volume control as well.

Does it come with unlimited cloud storage?

No. There is no cloud storage at all. All photos are stored on the internal memory of the frame.

Can I turn off the sleep feature?

Yes, you have the option to have continuous play, or to have the sleep timer set for a choice to different intervals.
