Does this require being plugged in or is it portable?

It's a plug in to a 120 V outlet.

I put 150 photos in my USB stick. Plugged it in to the frame but it only plays the first 30 pics then it repeats showing the same 30 pics. How can I set it up to show all 150 photos in the slideshow?

In settings you will want to extend the time of the slideshow in slideshow settings. Also be sure to only use USB or SD card media that is 32GB or less in size. Contact support@aluratek.com for more tips on working with these digital frames.

Does this frame support folders on the memory card?

According to Aluratek, you can put photos in separate folders, but the frame will play all the photos in the slideshow no matter what folder they are located.

How many photos can an 4GB digital frame hold?

How many photos can a digital photo frame hold? Photo frames with 4GB of internal storage can carry up to ~15,000 pictures.
