BUY WITH THE CONFIDENCE OF A 1 OR 2 YEAR WARRANTY

All Aluratek products are covered under either a one or two year warranty depending on the product within the U.S. and Canada. Our product warranty covers all purchases made through Aluratek.com, authorized resellers and retailers. Our warranty does not include unauthorized sellers (ex: Ebay, Craigslist, or other third-party websites.)

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

Cosmetic damage by owner
Accident, abuse, misuse, modification of any parts of the product
Damage due to improper operation or attempted repair by anyone but Aluratek
Failure to install products in accordance with the law
Damage due to corrupt data
Extreme temperatures and moistures
Products sold from unauthorized sellers
Lost or stolen products
Free products
Purchases made over 12 or 24 months ago (unless otherwise noted with a customer service representative)
Non-quality related issues (after 30 days)
All costs of shipping the product to Aluratek shall be borne solely by the purchaser

When does the warranty begin?

Your warranty begins the date from your original purchase.

How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please visit our Customer Service Helpdesk to get troubleshooting suggestions. If you believe the item is defective and under the warranty period, please visit the Shipping & Returns page for more information on how to claim the warranty.

What is a valid proof of purchase?

A sales receipt from an authorized Aluratek Retailer or Reseller that shows the purchase date, product description and price. If you purchased your product through Aluratek.com, we may be able to locate your order using your email address, name or shipping address.

If my product is replaced, will the warranty be renewed?

The warranty will continue from the original purchase date. The warranty will not be renewed after a replacement has been granted.

Who are your authorized resellers and retailers?

Our major resellers and retailers include Amazon.com, Best Buy, BestBuy.com, B & H Photo, Target, Target.com, Walmart, and WalMart.com to name a few. You can view out Where To Buy page.

Aluratek makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory, with respect to it's products, contents or use of this documentation and all accompanying software, and specifically disclaims it's quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Aluratek reserves the right to revise or update it's product, software or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.

In no event shall Aluratek’s liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, it’s accompanying software or it’s documentation.
