30-Day No Hassle Return

We want you to love our product just as much as we do. That’s why we have a 30-day trial period where you may return your product for any reason for a full refund. Item must be purchased from Aluratek.com. We will cover any shipping returns for whatever reason. There’s no need to let us know why you’re returning something unless you would like to give us feedback voluntarily. If you would like an exchange, we will issue a shipment immediately within reason.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

In the email, please include your original proof of purchase, model number and the issue that you are having with our product. Please contact us using one of these three methods first before sending your product in as we may not be able to process your return without these details and your return may be refused.
