If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day no hassle return period where you may return your product for any reason for a full refund. Item must be purchased from Aluratek.com. We will refund the price you paid for the product (you will need to cover the shipping). There’s no need to let us know why you’re returning something unless you would like to give us feedback. If you would like an exchange, we have you covered there too!

Once you received the RMA number issued by Aluratek, you will need to send the item back for repair/replacement. You are responsible for the shipping charge to send the item back to Aluratek.
