"I have been searching for a photo frame that will play videos, and not limit the length what is displayed. When I came across Aluratek, I was delighted to find a device that met these criteria. Before purchasing, I called tech support. They answered their own phone and the tech not only confirmed that the only limit to the size of video was the size of the internal 32 Gb memory, or the size of the flash drive or SD card. He also told me what format to use and said that they are "playing" with their products all the time to see what they can and cannot do. I purchased the frame on line. It was straightforward and easy. Delivery was sooner than expected. I have put several . mp4 videos on an SD card and the frame works wonderfully. The picture quality is excellent. I have had no problems at all. My wife asked about a remote, but better than that is the app on her phone so she can control the unit. So I give this unit 5 stars. Tech support gets 5 stars. Sales and shipping gets 5 stars"

"This is a really nice frame! I'm very impressed with the quality. I already had an Aluratek frame and purchased another one from the same brand so I would be able to manage them with the same app. The agents were readily available to help me decide on the best 2nd frame and also helped me get it set up. They were super easy to connect with and gave clear instructions. I am very happy with our new frame! The pictures are very clear."

"I've been wanting a digital picture frame for years this year. I finally broke down. I bought me one. It took me a little time to set it up with my smartphone. I'm not that good with that. But now that I know how to work it? I enjoy taking pictures and send it to the picture frame. Love it, plan on getting another one."

"I've wanted one of these for ages, and I finally got one! 32 Gigs of storage and able to extend storage is a relief. Setting it up took just a few minutes and I'm just in love with it. Great for uploading vacation pics or seasonal pictures. You can even can have other people download some from somewhere else if you want, in case someone else has pictures you dont!"

"I really enjoy how high-res my photos look on this frame and the slideshow function. I like how it looks on my bedside table and being able to see all my photos in the morning. However, I do wish the screen brightness could go a bit lower for nighttime when I go to sleep."
