What are Aluratek Certified Refurbished Products?
Various retailers use different terminology. A refurbished product may also be referred to as "factory-reconditioned," "refurbished," "recertified" or "repackaged." A "refurbished" product can be anything from an unopened item the customer had second thoughts about, to an item that was opened and returned, or was missing an accessory and was sent back to the manufacturer where they replaced the missing part, and the unit was tested and repackaged.
Refurbished Products are mostly customer returns that meet original factory specifications. While only some units are returned due to technical issues, all products undergo our stringent refurbishment process. Each Aluratek Certified Refurbished Product is fully tested, upgraded to latest firmware and refurbished with replacement parts for any defective modules identified in testing. Refurbished items are put through a thorough cleaning process and inspection and is repackaged in its original packaging or a generic white box and will includes all accessories items, cables and support documentation to ensure it is in like-new or almost-new condition and up to the manufacturer’s standards before it can be resold. Some product may have minor cosmetic blemishes that do not impact their performance or overall product look and integrity. Original warranty and technical support applies for all product sold.

A refurbished item that I wanted is no longer available. How can I ensure that I get an item when it's in stock?
Refurbished supply can be very limited and we often run out of inventory. We recommend that you act quickly if you see an item that you like. A product will be reserved for you once you've completed checking out and we've received full authorized payment. Please note that some payment methods take longer than others and that availability of an outlet store product is not guaranteed until we receive your full payment and you receive an order shipping confirmation with tracking details.
